Facility Request

Requests must be made at least 14 days in advance to allow us time to process the information. Contact the church office for additional information if needed (317-784-4484 or office@grayroad.com).  When requesting tables, please indicate whether you need 6′ round, 6′banquet, or 8′ banquet tables.  After submitting your request, someone from the church office will contact you.
